Webinar start time to attendees is different than for panelist

My event starts at 7pm which is the time I'd like to be in the email reminder. I set up the webinar with the start time of 6p so the panelists can get on and chat before the attendees arrive. How do I change the email reminder to reflect THEIR start time and not the panelist start time?

Hi, @sweetavocado66.

 

There’s no way currently for Zoom to provide a separate notification to Panelists. Normally, the number of panelists isn’t so large that a group email to them ask, direct from you or another organizer, would be sent as a reminder. Many times there is a rehearsal done in the days before the scheduled event, and the protocol for joining early would be covered there.
