1. How does one access a webinar if their company restricts access to Zoom?
2. I have someone who registered for a webinar but dialed in instead of attending via his laptop. He dialed in from a phone number different than what was entered at registration. The attendance report shows him as NOT attending. If he used the phone number he entered at registration, would Zoom Webinar match that to his registration info so he would appear as attending?
Thank you for any help!

Hi @JacksonDee
- Depends on what you mean by restricted access to Zoom. If they cannot install the Zoom desktop client, a workaround is typically to join via their web browser and attend using the Zoom web client. If their network is blocking Zoom traffic directly, then dial-in via phone would be the best option, although they will only receive audio.
- Unfortunately, Zoom is not able to match other registration info to attendees, so any dial-in participants will be listed as not attended, since they did not join the webinar signed-in to the account they registered with.
Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
