Issues with Breakout Rooms in Zoom Events

I am writing to seek help with issue I am facing with breakout rooms in Zoom Events.

Despite creating the event, setting up the breakout rooms, and pre-assigning attendees to their respective rooms prior to the start of the session, the automatic movement of participants into their pre-assigned breakout rooms does not occur once the meeting starts.

Specifically, when I select the option to automatically move all assigned participants into their breakout rooms, nothing happens, and the attendees remain in the main session. The only workaround I have found is to manually move each participant, which is time-consuming and impractical for larger events.

Here are the steps I have followed:

1. Created the event in Zoom Events.
2. Set up breakout rooms and assigned participants to each room before the session started.
3. Initiated the meeting and opened breakout rooms with the option to automatically move assigned participants into their rooms.

sorry to jump on your post, but i feel I have a similar issue if anybody can help...

How can I create a re-occuring (fixed timings) event, which will be available to participants at all times, (23hours and 59minutes), that also includes Breakout rooms, that are automatically created, and existing , and participants can use them, without the host to be there, or without the host having to pre-assign or assign participants to breakout rooms - how to have this feature set up in advance automatically ? thank you !
