404 error when attempting to watch cloud recording in Zoom Event Hub

We published a cloud recording in the Event Hub and the participants can see the recording there, so that works. But when you click on "Play Recording", you get a 404 error stating that "the recording could not be found" and "You are not authorized to look at it at the moment". Does anyone have any idea why this might be the case?

Did you resolve?  I sent a recording link to 6 people.  Error 404 comes up though on 2 occasions for 2 people the link worked but when they looked again it became a 404 for them.

Hi, @CaroB and @HarryM.

 

One scenario is that the recording has been deleted from the Host’s Cloud Recording area. If you are manually sending a URL, you need to send the URL from the host’s Recording tab in the Personal section of your web portal view of Zoom. This should not be an issue if you are making the recording available in a Zoom Event, or on a Zoom Event’s Hub On-Demand area.
