I use Zoom to do math classes.
It is a method of solving problems with each other on the file after sharing math books with students.
Since last week, the handwriting I've been writing is fine, but there is an error in the handwriting written by the student, not in a place where the handwriting was taken, but in a different location.
Error letters are usually moved up to the left in a smaller size.
Both teachers and students tried it on iPad, and it's the latest version of Zoom.
I took pictures and videos, but I'm sad that they weren't attached.
Anyone know a solution?
And I want to complain about not being able to take classes for two weeks due to an error at ZOOM headquarters, where should I contact them?

Hi @꼬꼬꼬 may I ask if you encountered this issue within Zoom Docs or Zoom Whiteboard shared during a meeting? Zoom Docs has not supported hand-writing as of now. Therefore, I’m double-checking with you.
If it's an issue with Whiteboard, you are super welcome to drop a note here at Whiteboard's dedicated forum! https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Whiteboard/bd-p/Whiteboard
Thank you for your feedback!

The whiteboard is good. But when I do the share document, my student can not write in the right place. Can you advise him to settle this issue? Thank you. It's been about 1 month.

I have the same issue.
When I share pdf files to teach math, the hand-writing of students is not written in the correct place and soon disappears.
This has been a problem for several months and has not been resloved yet, so I have come to the customer service center.
Please reslove this quickly so that we can have smooth Zoom classes.

Are you offering any help? It’s so frustrating for teachers who are trying to use Zoom. Students’ writing is appearing in the wrong spot. I have tried everything.

Hi, I’m facing the same issue as well. This has been going on for 1 month and have disrupted all my Math lessons. My students cannot write / annotate properly and it makes teaching and learning math difficult. Please help.

Hi, @Vossfamily2 @꼬꼬꼬 @NHI30 @blanc_conny @Tain thank you for the feedback and apologies for the late turn-around.
We’ve investigated the issue and confirmed that it’s not caused by Docs but rather a bug in meeting annotations. The Meetings team plans to address this in Client version 6.3.10.
Thanks!

Please can you advise when 6.3.10 is likely to be released. This bug is extremely disruptive to maths tutoring.

I have gotten a reply from Zoom support. Their “ solution” was to wait for the update in May. How are we supposed to teach on Zoom (that I’m paying for) when the students’ writing is in the incorrect place? Unacceptable!

Hi @Vossfamily2 @꼬꼬꼬 @Farymarti @djwt @NHI30 , the 6.3.10 upgrade is available. Please download it to see if the previous issue has been fixed.
We appreciate your patience. This issue has been escalated internally, and the team was working to prioritize a release date as soon as possible. Again, thank you for your patience.
If you notice further issues in meetings, please feel free to provide feedback to the Meeting team forum directly: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/bd-p/meetings
