⁉️ How can we use any Tools, AI Companion or whichever, to generate content from my previous, Post Zoom meeting when Admin did not select on  transcript? PDF Print - Data Table

Is there a fix to print a clean-looking Zoom document with a header that includes a data table? 
I've printed and distributed a PDF with a data table from Zoom Docs on Chrome for the past four months.  Recently (last week), the data table has been pushing itself 1 page down from where the header of the document is. No matter what I try, using different web engines, computers, deleting cookies, or changing print settings (page size, borders, scale, etc.), nothing seems to work. To add to this, the new PDF export also doesn't support data tables. 

If anyone has a workaround for printing a PDF with a data table, I'm all ears. 


All I know is that it was working two weeks ago, and now it's not.

I have a Zoom account for my own business, so I know how to manage Zoom Docs—including saving and accessing them—if I set up the meeting.

During a meeting on another company's Zoom account, I created a new Zoom Doc - I was first asked if I wanted to sign in to my account - I replied "yes" and signed in to my company's Zoom account. I designated the Doc as "private" (I wonder if that was my mistake). I forgot to copy the Doc and save it on my computer. It seems that the Doc I created no longer exists. I thought it would be saved to my Zoom account (since I signed in, as described above), but the Doc is not in my account.

Thanks for any insights you can provide.

P.S. I read this Zoom article:  Managing Zoom Docs; I'm using Zoom desktop for Windows, Version: 6.5.3 (7509); Windows 11 Pro, Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100.

Resolved! Printing from "Docs"

The new "docs" feature looks very flexible but is it possible to print a PDF from it to allow me to circulate it to members of my group.

Resolved! UI Elements issues when not in full screen - Linux.

In latest Zoom Workplace, the new  docs feature has UI elements cutoff when not in full screen.  I hardly ever full screen apps on 4K monitors - too wasteful.  Unfortunately, I do not have permission to post images so you'll have to go to imgur to see my dilemma:

Hello!

When I create a zoomDoc, i can attibute a role for writing or not to the guests of my reunion. When I type the beguinnig of the name of a participant, i'm in a easy autocomplete process. But in that procedure, i sometimes see the name of my reunion among the participant's names. What does it mean? Can I attribute a role to the entire group instead of making that effort for every single member?

Errors in Docs (when edititing or sharing in meeting)

I've been working on a guide to Docs in Docs and twice (in as many days) had an error telling me, that I can't edit this page anymore and need to copy the content to another page. Which I can't do, because ZOOM only shows a blank page, making me loos... Show more

I've been working on a guide to Docs in Docs and twice (in as many days) had an error telling me, that I can't edit this page anymore and need to copy the content to another page. Which I can't do, because ZOOM only shows a blank page, making me loose all my content. (Edit: After messing around some more with the settings and a few hours time, the page reappeared.). This happened in ZOOM Workplace.

I was fooling around with the settings in the browser before (to find out how they work and which users need to set in different situations, making Docs temporarily unavailable) but this shouldn't make me loose content.

 

Also, when I share an existing document in a meeting for collaboration and stop the sharing, I can't open the same document in the same meeting again. I get the message, that this document is already shared at the time - even though I stopped sharing and want to start again. I have to close the meeting and start again, before the document is available again. Anyone who can reproduce this?

Edit2: According to our hoster, this last one is actually a ZOOM-Bug!

Can't create new document during a meeting, only open existing ones

When I disable the availability of Docs outside of the meeting room, for some reason, I cannot create new documents to work on during a meeting. The button cannot be clicked.

I can only open existing documents, which is weird, because I cannot create new documents outside of a meeting, because the option is disabled. And now I also cannot create new documents within a meeting. (ZOOM Docs is enabled in Meetings or I wouldn't even have the button "Documents" available, to get to this point.)

What did I do wrong?

Edit: Can be reproduced by our hoster, so probably a ZOOM-Bug. Will contact ZOOM about this through them.
