Handwriting location error during zoom class
I use Zoom to do math classes. Since last week, the handwriting I've been writing is fine, but there is an error in the handwriting written by the student, not in a place where the handwriting was taken, but in a different location. Error letters are usually moved up to the left in a smaller size. I took pictures and videos, but I'm sad that they weren't attached. Anyone know a solution? And I want to complain about not being able to take classes for two weeks due to an error at ZOOM headquarters, where should I contact them?
It is a method of solving problems with each other on the file after sharing math books with students.
Both teachers and students tried it on iPad, and it's the latest version of Zoom.
