Я еще 24 июня отменила подписку на платный пакет в моем профиле  52228105 , так как моя компания в настоящее время не работает из-за войны в нашей стране, а вы берете и берете с нашей карты годовой оплаты 17 июля. Как это так? Я сделал отмену пакета заблаговременно, а вы без исключения просто взяли и сняли деньги. 
Буду очень благодарна, если вы решите этот вопрос о возврате покупки.
