We have an integration with our SaaS app and one of our customers received this today: We have disabled the app XXXX in the Zoom Marketplace due to administrative issues with the Connector/App. You will not be able to use the app until it is re-enabled. We will notify you when the app is re-enabled. We are happy to help if you have questions. Please visit us at support.zoom.us. - Zoom Marketplace Team Any ideas how to re-enable this? Thanks!

Last month, I was banned from Zoom with the error code 1132. I reported the issue and submitted an appeal, and they eventually restored access to my account. I can now log in through Zoom Web without any problems. However, when I try to sign in using the Zoom app on my MacBook, the same error still appears. Interestingly, I can log in through the Zoom app on my smartphone just fine. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on my laptop, but the issue persists. I also reached out to Zoom support, but so far, they haven’t been able to resolve it. How can I fix this?

Zoom workplace apps aren't opening or downloading.
On a Mac, newest zoom version
It's after that new update that seperated device accounts into admin and user. So I received a message when trying to open an app while in a meeting, 'Zoom apps is disabled. contact support for more details.'
Do they mean the chatbot or a ticket? so confusing. That app was downloaded before the update but after the update its like everything reseted, It disappeared.
Anyone have any ideas what in the world im supposed to do? How do I un-disable zoom apps from my computer?

Hello, I am building a Zoom App that runs inside Zoom meetings using the Zoom Apps SDK. However, in the App Marketplace I only see options for General, Webhook, and Server-to-Server apps. Could you please enable access to the Zoom Apps SDK on my account so I can build and test my in-meeting application? Thank you!

Hi community, I created a "webhook only" app in Zoom AppMarketplace and I'd like to save this data in a third-party app. The notification is sent but more than one time. Some records are sent 3 times. What could be the cause of this? Regards

I am in the process of testing the upgrade of Zoom Pro LTI 1.1 to version 1.3 in our Canvas LMS test environment. After I finished upgrading to 1.3, I verified in my Canvas course that all Upcoming Meetings, Previous Meetings, and Cloud Recordings were still there and available. So, that part looked fine. But when i clicked on the "Appointments" tab, the schedule I created from my office hours was gone. From my testing, the transition from Zoom Pro LTI 1.1 to 1.3 is easy and seamless, except for the created schedules in the "Appointment" tab, which don't seem to come back. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if they found a solution for this issue? Thanks! Jeff

I will be installing a new app for all users with a service account with admin permissions. Will that service account need to stay an admin after the account is installed for the app to continue to work? All that I've read says that an owner or admin account needs to create the account and that the account needs to stay active for the app to continue to work. But I haven't seen anything that says it needs to stay and admin account. Will it break the app if I demote it after? Alternatively, what are the specific permissions needed in an admin account to be able to install an app, but do nothing else? I would be willing to go the route of creating a new admin role if I'd be able to limit the admin permissions for it.
