Jeenie App won't load

Hello everyone.

I have installed the Jeenie app on my desktop zoom app.

It's the first time I install an app on zoom so I don't know if I would get the same issue with other apps.

When I open the zoom app and click on the Jeenie app I get to the loading page. But never beyond. It keeps loading it forever.

Any clues?

I tried to re-install the zoom app, re-download the jeenie app and so on.
