Hi, I can't see any apps from my Zoom desktop client. When I click on the Apps button, it just keep loading indefinitely, and the same occours when I try it inside a call. I don't see any help in the FAQ section or Google, so... Can someone help me, please? Thank you.

Can we change the user email of the JWT for webinars without deactivating it? Or even assign another user email to start the seminar?
Has anyone tried to integrate Salesforce with Zoom for Healthcare? I've been able to successfully integrate Salesforce with my standard Zoom account, but I'm now being asked if it would also work on Zoom for Healthcare. Is anyone aware of a reason or a subtlety as to why it wouldn't work? Thanks!

ZoomとPardotの連携を行おうと考えています。
調べてみると、ZoomのログインIDとSalesforceのログインIDが同じであることが設定の条件だと記載されていました。自社では、SalesforceのログインIDは個人のメールアドレスになっており、ZoomのログインIDは社内共通のメールアドレスとなっております。
この場合、どちらかのログインIDを変更しない限り、連携させることはできないのでしょうか？

Good morning, since the introduction of the marketplace I cannot use virtual backgrounds anymore. I have installed the virtual backgrounds app and tried to select a background from the selection displayed left hand in the meeting screen. Next, it tries to download the according packet, which fails with no specific error message/description: Download fehlgeschlagen/Download failed. I am using the German language with the latest version of the client on MAC OS 12.2.1, which has been reinstalled from the scratch. I don't think it matters, but I start Zoom with Firefox 97.0.1. Has anyone else this problem or a solution? I need this feature urgently for data protection purposes, Thanks for any kind of assistance in advance Oliver

I can't activate the marketplace button in parameters. Zoom tells me that is blocked by administrator. The problem is that we have no administrator. I am the account owner. What can i do ?

Hello, The Outlook (web) Zoom add-in does not work when I'm signed into my Google account on Chrome but it works fine if I use Chrome as a guest. When I select Add a Zoom meeting in my outlook calendar invite, the Zoom add-in just hangs. When selecting Zoom settings from the calendar invite, it also hangs. I've tried removing the add-in and adding it back. I've had our IT dept look at it and they couldn't figure it out other than telling me it has something to do with my being logged into my gmail account. I need to be logged in so I can sync my bookmarks etc. Can anyone help?
