We are working on a project that requested us the installation of Zoom App present on AppExchange.

The client goal is to capture the zoom meetings attendees (webinars and common zoom meeting) as a new Leads on Salesforce, also having a possibility of mapping the attendee information on the SF Lead fields.

I have tried to install the application on the sandbox and the integration seems not working properly.

I would like your support to help me on below queries:

1. Is the application providing the lead capture for common meetings on Zoom not only for webinars?
2. If positive, is there a way to configure the field mapping, like:
1. Attendee E-mail -> Lead Email field
2. Attendee Phone -> Lead Phone field
3. I am having quite a bit of difficulty on establishing the connection and retrieving Zoom data to Salesforce, do you guys have any person that can help us on guiding the setup process?

I have follow the guideline below and delete it from the web Zoom, but the app- Read still show up in my meeting room, could someone support me to solve the problem? Thanks.

How to uninstall/remove an app from Zoom App Marketplace

1. Sign in to the  zoom as an administrator.
2. In the navigation panel, click Advanced then App Marketplace.
3. On the top right of the page, click Manage.
4. On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.
5. Identify the app to be removed then, click Remove.
6. In the Remove app pop-up window, choose your reason, then click Remove.

I wanted to see if the Active App Notifier Report works as it says it does.

I added a marketplace app (Meeting Tools, Timer, Transcription, Notes w/ Read) to my account and used it during some active meetings. As stated in the attached link, the Active Apps Notifier icon  indeed appeared in the top-left corner of the meeting window, saying that the app was accessing audio, video, chat and files. But, alas, when looking in the Active App Notifier Report (in the marketplace.zoom.us -> Manage -> Apps on Account -> Installed Apps -> Apps Accessing Content in Meeting/Webinar Report) it was empty. 

Did anyone else experience this? Is this a bug? Is the report trustworthy? If to judge by the above, it seems it misses access to active meeting data...

hello I am having trouble integrating zoom with another software platform. I get the message the integration is complete and zoom is connected but when I try to schedule a meeting through the software Im getting the message Zoom integration failed:Account does not enabled rest api. Can anyone help me?

I have a marketplace zoom app that we want to start testing but I cannot seem to add any collaborators on the app.

Do you need to be on a paid plan in order to develop an app with other users?

I added people to my contacts as I spoke to sales support which suggested that, but that did not work.

This is the only way we can test the app on multiple login accounts it seems.

I am attempting to configure a Zoom Phone integration with Salesforce and I have not found a lot of documentation around building a Zoom Marketplace app to configure an OAuth connection with Salesforce.

Does anyone have any documentation or support on this connection type?
