Hi smart people!

App is enabled for specific users.
Once noticed that the app was not available to the specified users, I added myself to the list of users approved for the app as well as a secondary test account.

-Neither my own account or the test account are able to access the app via the desktop client.
-Both my account and the test account are running the latest version of the client (6.2.3)
-Further, when the Absob app is searched for using the “add apps” feature in the client, no results are seen. (See provided screen capture)

Thank you in advance for any replies and thoughts/idea on what issue could be.

I use the Zoom app on my Chromebook, but I've had this issue with the web version and the downloaded program on my windows computer before.

There's a button when you log in that says "keep me logged in" that seemingly is only for aesthetic purposes. I am logged out after every meeting, rendering the button useless. I've seen that because I have a free account I can't host for longer than 40 minutes, and lucky for me, I'm not hosting! I've searched the forum and seen this question being asked but not answered several times. I've seen random (sorta scetchy) tricks in order to stay signed in but... the button that says "stay signed in" should do that.

The constant logging in is annoying to the point of me not wanting to use zoom at all. If my internet gets shaky and the call lags for longer than 5 seconds, I have to log back in. If I have two meetings back to back, I have to log back in between them. If I want to check my schedule after a meeting, I have to log back in. It seems I have to log in after every zoom call. I am only logged in on my computer. I have logged out of every other device that had Zoom previously. It's not a matter of being logged in on two devices at the same time (and I get why that could cause issues).

Why do you have that button if it doesn't do anything?

Hello,

I am trying to integrate Zoom Webhooks with an external server using the n8n platform to validate a URL in the event subscription section of the Zoom App Marketplace, but I am continuously experiencing an error in the URL validation process.

1. Problem Description:

-When entering the webhook URL into the event subscription form in Zoom App Marketplace, I receive the message: "Error in URL validation. Please try again later."

-The URL I am using is: https://n8n-n8n.ap5gnp.easypanel.host/webhook/{WEBHOOK_ID}.

-I have successfully tested this URL using Postman. The webhook responds with the correct token (plainToken and encryptedToken), but the Zoom platform still fails to validate the URL.

2. Steps Taken:

-I have configured a workflow in n8n that handles Zoom URL validation.
-I manually tested the webhook with Postman to ensure the webhook response is correct (I receive a 200 OK status code and the tokens in the expected format).
-I reviewed the Zoom Marketplace documentation, but I couldn’t find additional information to resolve the issue.

3. Technical Setup:

-I am using an external n8n server with the URL mentioned above.
-The webhook response is set to return the encrypted token as per Zoom’s URL validation specifications.

4. Expected Outcome:

-I would like to confirm if there are any additional restrictions for URL validation or if there could be an issue on Zoom’s end preventing the webhook validation.

Thank you for any guidance on this matter to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We are using Zoom as our phone system and have linked it to HubSpot.

We're dialing people through the Zoom app, which allows us to ring HubSpot contacts because they're pulled directly into the app.

We're having an issue where call activity is being logged against the wrong person/company or multiple contacts while we're forwarding a call.

According to HubSpot, the problem is in the integration.

How can we fix it?

Absorb Integration

Has anyone else had trouble integrating Zoom with the learning management system, Absorb?

App permissions are enabled (see attached screenshot), but an error keeps coming up when an instructor led course is set up in Absorb.

Hello, this post is related to Zoom Workplace app on iOS. The documentation for setting SSO information is a bit confusing. For example,

Configuration Key = ForceSSOURl

Set and lock the default SSO URL for SSO login.
For example, hooli.zoom.us would be set as "ForceSSOUrl=hooli".

So, it looks like value is "ForceSSOUrl=hooli", which doesn't work. Please clarify the documentation should be "hooli" instead of "ForceSSOUrl=hooli"

  1. Description
    I just bootstrapped a new project with these version :
    react-native 0.75.3
    @zoom/meetingsdk-react-native 0.0.1
    react 18.3.1
    node 20.14.0
    npm v10.7.0

    I downloaded zoom-sdk-ios-6.1.5.16935.zip and zoom-sdk-android-6.1.5.16935.zip and copied MobileRTC.xcframework and MobileRTCResources.bundle in ios repo , and mobilertc.aar in anroid repo. added audio and video plugins to info.plist

    I wanted to test the new zoom react-native wrapper
    I am totally new with react-native and meeting zoom. The project is building successfully and can run it on iphone SE 3rd generation IOS 17.
    I wrapped the whole project with the zoomProvider using a working JWT.
    When I try to join the meeting, nothing happen :
    const onPress = async () => {
    try {
    const res = await zoom.joinMeeting({
    userName: ‘chiheb’,
    meetingNumber: ‘XXXXXXXXXX’,
    password: ‘’,
    });
    console.log({ res });
    } catch (error) {
    console.error(‘Error joining the meeting:’, error);
    }
    };

    I got res : undefined in the console, so it didn’t throw to the error. How could I investigate the issue here please.
    And do you have a working sample project where I can run this new package @zoom/meetingsdk-react-native succesfully ?

    Which iOS Meeting SDK version?
    Knowing the version can help us to identify your issue faster.
    zoom-sdk-ios-6.1.5.16935
    @zoom/meetingsdk-react-native 0.0.1
