We're an approved app on the Zoom Marketplace. One of our customers provisioned Our App to a user group with the setting: “As an admin, add Our App for Selected Users & Groups.”It worked fine for several months.
Two weeks ago, all 5 users in that group lost access and were unable to reconnect. There was:However, after stepping through Zoom's “Manage → Apps on Account → Our App → Users & Groups → Add Groups,” the issue was resolved. They only then saw the "Selected Users & Groups" assignment path again.

Hello, I am developing a Zoom app where I need to collect and analyze user emails. However, I’m encountering an issue: the emails I receive through the API appear to be encrypted. I have a few questions regarding this: 1. Is it possible to disable end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for default Zoom email addresses (zmail addresses), or is this always enforced?
2. From my understanding, E2EE can only be disabled for one custom domain per account—is this correct?
3. I have added and verified a custom domain under Account Management > Account Profile > Associated Domains. However, I am struggling to associate user emails from this domain in a way that allows me to disable E2EE. Am I missing a step here?
4. The documentation frequently mentions "Mail/Calendar Management," but I do not see this option in my account. Is this something that requires additional permissions or a specific account type?
I have a zoom workspace business account. Any guidance or clarification on enabling access to unencrypted emails or managing email domains would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, We have been using this new Zoom for Lightning package, however, the moment I do a sandbox refresh in the lower environments, the package breaks and becomes unusable post-refresh. Anybody know a fix or anything?
Dear Zoom Team, I would like to respectfully request the addition of Czech language support to the Zoom desktop application. Zoom is widely used in the Czech Republic for education, private lessons, online courses, and community meetings. While many users are familiar with English, a large portion — especially older adults, children, and individuals with limited digital literacy — struggle with using software in a foreign language. The absence of Czech localization creates a barrier that significantly hinders the user experience, especially in educational settings where clarity and accessibility are crucial. Czech is a fully developed language used by over 10 million people. Its inclusion in Zoom would not only demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, but also help expand Zoom’s reach within Central Europe. Thank you very much for your consideration. To Whom It May Concern: Could you please consider official Flatpak support for the Zoom application. Right now, I have Linux Mint 22.1 and must work with either the .deb version of Zoom or else the Unverified Flatpak format for Zoom. I would prefer to work with a Verified Flatpak. But this would need your support. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi I am reaching out to community member because facing a hustle while integrating the Zoom logs with Sentinel. while following the document provided inside the Zoom data connector, deployed an App by following this link of zoom https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ over the zoom extracted the required information, create function app on Azure and provided the account ID, client ID, Client secret everything but facing one error that the account has not audio conference plan function app is running successfully but in the invocation logs its showing this audio conference plan to make sure we have purchased the zoom audio conference plan but still its giving us the same error. we have tested the client secret separately on postman to check either our bearer token is working or not but its not giving us the 401 error its mean our function app trying to reach the app of zoom but the client secret that we are taking it token on postman is not allowing to make connection. we need your assistance here If anyone has done this please please share your experience with us how did you integrate zoom with sentinel because from last two months we are struggle with it.

I am having an issue when trying to install zoom and windows tells me" not found". This has happened from the zoom web page and the Microsoft store, I am at a loss.

We are developing a custom software platform to manage all our educational services, including organizing the online classes, scheduling, lesson booking, and student attendance tracking and many more. As part of this, we plan to integrate Zoom into our platform to facilitate virtual lessons. However, we have a few important requirements that we’d like your guidance on: Licensing and Cost-Effectiveness: Unique Meeting Links per Lesson: We have also considered using breakout rooms, but this would not give us the separate links we require for individual classes. Our primary need is to have one central Zoom account or license that can generate new meeting links for every lesson booked through our platform. If you could please provide information about the most suitable plan or licensing structure, as well as any relevant API features that support this functionality, we’d greatly appreciate it. Purchasing an individual licensed Zoom account for each teacher would be too costly for our company. Could you please advise on any educational packages, cheap bulk licenses, or alternative solutions that would allow us to manage all classes centrally through one primary account? Ideally, we would like an admin account that can easily create and manage multiple random classes links for different teachers.
For accurate tracking of the class-in and class-out time, we need every scheduled class to have its own unique meeting link. This will help us log session attendance, timings, and performance more efficiently.
Could you please confirm if there is a way to programmatically generate a new, unique Zoom meeting link for each class session without needing a separate paid account per teacher?
