Hello everyone, I'm having an issue with the Praiz Notetaker app on Zoom. Even after deleting the app from my account, it still continues to show up in my meetings. Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can completely remove it from my meetings? I appreciate any help or suggestions! Thank you in advance, Julia

Otter.ai accessed a work meeting without my consent. I deleted the program and account entirely, but not before it set up a separate profile in my name and emailed everyone at the meeting that I was recording the meeting. Curious if anyone else has had this problem with Otter and what Zoom is doing about it.

Is anyone facing the same issue with Zoom. It is too invasive via the AI, Fireflies and other AI applications. I have tried customer support to no avail. It also wants to take over my calendar, I use Outlook, I don't need another calendar. I am frustrated and moving my company to Teams, there is no support from the Zoom team.

I need an overlay for my online gym that shows both the times and the exercises. I have been using intervalcam and fit2live for the last two years. Both no longer work with the new Mac software updates. Does anyone have a solution - maybe even one from Zoom directly? I hope that there won't be problems with every Mac update.

I am trying to set up auto-recording for specific meetings when I create them. I use "auto_recording": "cloud" to enable automatic recording and "auto_recording": "none" to disable it for individual meetings. However, the meetings do not auto-record as expected. It seems that regardless of the meeting-specific settings, auto-recording is always enabled when the account-wide auto-recording setting is turned on, and always disabled when the account-wide setting is off.
