Apps on phone versus desktop/PC

When I click on apps on my phone, Jeenie comes up but when I click on apps in my Zoom desktop/PC, Jeenie does not appear in the dropdown menu. In order to receive interpreted calls, I need to log in to Jeenie but how do I do that using Zoom on my PC?
