Hello. Yesterday i bought an annual Pro plan. And i realised that it can not provide two parallel conferences.
So i read that Business plan can. I tried to upgrade Pro plan to Business, but i have two problems.

Business plan shows that i should buy minimum 10 licenses, but i need only one.
And i don't know if this upgrade will count the money i already invest in the Pro plan.

Can anyone help?

Kamera wird von ZOOM nicht erkannt

Bisher habe ich die Kamera vom Laptop aus für ZOOM gestartet. Das hat immer funktioniert. Seit der neuen externen Kamera wird keine der beiden Kameras mehr erkannt. Ohne ZOOM gehen beide.

Is it possible to send 720p video from tablet (using WEB Video SDK and React)?

I successfully implemented the logic of sending and receiving 720p video from the desktop. But when I try to play the same thing on a tablet (on iPad, Chrome) , the video will not be rendered at all. I do not see the participant, and the participant does not see me. SharedArrayBuffer is enabled on tablet.

Schedule details is erased

At outlook, when I send a schedule  change, it is rewritten to the Zoom directions and the text with the schedule details is totally erased!!
What is the best way of change a setting?

I am very frustrated at the lack of information about how to use Prezi. The blurb says it is simple but the videoa are rushed and don't tell you how to get started. There is no proper training program. How do I learn what looks like a fab tool?

We are starting to see again, when students click on the LTI Pro integration in their Bb course site they are getting a "Bad Request" page that comes up. It is very similar to what we saw last spring when students were getting a similar "Unauthorized" message when clicking on the tool link in their Bb course. We have looked into the browser Enhanced tracking within Firefox but that doesn't seem to fix this new "Bad Request" issue and it also seems to be happening in Chrome as well.
