The integration works until I enable zoom phone so the API details are correct.

Saved Enable Phone Message Fail. please confirm if you have configured the right API Key/API Secret

How To Reproduce
Click the Enable Zoom Phone for Salesforce in the Salesforce admin portal. Error populates after enablement.

I'm trying to register Zoom webinars through a Pardot form on a Pardot landing page, following the instructions here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206003126-Using-Zoom-Webinars-for-Pardot 

When I fill out the form, I'm redirected to a page that says "Forbidden No permissions to access this page" (see attached). 

 

I put in the code to redirect to a different landing page, but that's not working either.

FedRAMP JWT

Hello,

 

Zoom announced that on June 1st the JWT Authentication for Zoom APIs will be EOL'd on June 1st. 

 

Does this apply for FedRAMP customers?

A instalação ocorre normalmente, mas no final diz que falhou (anexo).

Eu descobri depois que tinha um app para o M1, mas este também deu o mesmo erro.

When in Zoom, there are three options (for us) where we may receive an indication of either: 1. Chat message, 2. Call, or 3 voicemails. When in the application, there are three distinct indicators, one for each. However, when Zoom is minimized to one icon on the toolbar, you cannot tell what the indicator (number in red circle) is referring to. It is the sum of all outstanding communications. Same for application on the cell phone. Here is the question. Can I modify the indicators only to reflect the chats, on the toolbar? During certain hours of the day I only care about chats. I am not concerned with external calls or voicemail. The ability to configure the "red circle" indicator would be helpful, or at least knowing chats, from phone call, from voicemails, without always opening the application. Thank you.

We have a user that is requesting pre-approval for an app integration. These requests can be handled in the My Admin Dashboard of the Marketplace, but I cannot see the dashboard even though I am an admin of the account. I have attached pictures to show what my screen looks like vs what the Zoom support page shows (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032447812-Managing-the-Zoom-App-Marketplace). Is this a feature that needs to be turned on? Is there a level higher than admin that we need access to?

JWT App not getting for approval

I have built a JWT App through admin zoom market place. This app shows in the list of apps created but not shows for approval. So Basically I am not able to approve it so I can use it with my website. Please advise.
