Security review was unexpectedly required

Hello,

 

Our Zoom application has been in the Marketplace for 2 years. Everything was going fine, until last week it stopped working. It appeared we needed to complete a security review, but we didn't get any notification about this at all, and we are not even sure how often we need to complete that verification. Is there a way in which you can assist to provide more information? Our integration stopped working and really affected our customers.

 

The app is now published again and working fine, but we really want to understand why it happened that way and how often can we expect such behavior.
