Hello. I am an engineer currently trying to create a system that uses webhooks to send notifications to Slack when a call on Zoom Phone is missed, based on a request from our sales team. Specifically, the plan is to trigger a GCP Cloud Function endpoint with the webhook, which in turn sends a notification to Slack.

 

Although I've managed to send notifications to Slack by using the verification button on Zoom Phone, I'm not sure how to actually integrate Zoom Phone with the webhook I've created. In my research, even for internal use, it seems that we need to apply for and obtain approval from Zoom for the webhook. I'm also struggling with how to deploy and install it for use by other employees, as I haven't been able to validate it in a production environment.

 

If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate your guidance.

I am reaching out to report an issue I've encountered in the final steps of submitting my OAuth app for review. Despite ensuring that all prerequisites and form fields have been completed, the submission button for my OAuth app remains inactive. There are no error messages or clear indications provided on the Developer Dashboard to suggest any missing or incorrect information.

 

RESOLUTION UPDATE:

The issue has been resolved. Although I'm unsure about how to delete the post, it's important to note the cause of the problem for anyone who might encounter a similar situation. One of our developers identified that there was a discrepancy in the application: a "login" link provided in the submission for review did not match the corresponding link within the application itself. This mismatch was not flagged by the submission process, which led to some confusion. Please be aware of this in your own submissions.

We're using Zoom in my organization, but lately, the /zoom command has stopped working in Slack. After writing the command and pressing Enter/Return, I get the message "Sorry, can't handle your request right now. Please try again later." (see attached picture). 

 

What can I do here?

So, I'm trying to implement Mentimeter into my lessons that need recording. Sometimes, Mentimeter will show for the first part of the recording, but when I move to the whiteboard after I have returned to the Mentimeter screen, it's just black on the recording; not even my video is there. Sometimes, only the whiteboard section will record. Other times, the whiteboard will stay visible on the recording even though I'm not sharing it anymore. 

 

There is an xcode_error file generated with my attempt this morning, as well as files that haven't been converted. When I tried playing in Media Player, I got a message about encoding, but it was very quick, and I couldn't see the code. I've tried recording to the cloud and locally, and both have the same issue. Sound records fine so it's definitely something to do with video encoding.

I am trying to set up notification from zoom to our jira instance, where someone request an app from Zoom Market place, it should create a service request in Jira. 
but I am unable to validate the hook using our jira instance url. 

looks like it fulfills the requirement but not sure what I am doing wrong. 

please assist.

We have the following problem in Intune with the Zoom for InTune app:

The employee receives a Zoom invitation in Outlook on the smartphone via Outlook. He opens this link and afterwards the following error message appears:

"Action not allowed: This data is protected by your organisation. You must log in to the app with your account "...." to access the data. If you are already logged in with "...." contact your IT administrator.


We have set the following via InTune:

Zomm for InTune released via the VPP for the client.
Assigned the app to all devices and this app is also installed
Approved the app as an enterprise app in the Azure Portal as a global administrator.
Approved the app in the Protection Policy.

Can you perhaps give me some tips on what I need to configure, although everything fits according to the documentation.

There is a Marketplace App called LTI Pro that has been updated. Someone that no longer works here set it up. Even though I am also an Admin, when I go to the LTI Pro page to update it, the "update" button is not active.  I've dug through settings and the Admin console looking for a way to gain permission to update it with no luck. Any ideas what I need to do to be able to update this app? Thanks!
