Pardot App - Unable to configure Webinars

We installed the Pardot App through Marketplace 3-4 months ago.  Things seemed to be working correctly until now.

Recently we've begun having a problem where we are unable to select the Pardot registration/attendee/absentee list.  When we try to access the page, by going to:  Webinars > selecting a webinar > More > Configure, the page where you can select these items pops up on the screen for a fraction of a second, then disappears.  Leaving the screen with some gray bars.

 

We can't think of anything that we've changed recently that would have this affect.  Any ideas are appreciated.

Kindly check your role privileges on the organization (Admin) and app(PardotAdmin) as it may have changed. 

Account Management>View "Recording management

User and Permission Management>View and Edit "Users

We are having this same problem. I don't understand the solution above. Our permissions look correct.

We have the same problem and we have a webinar this thursday... We need a solution, please, what can we do to solve this?? We are admins in both platflorms (salesforce and zoom) Thank you!!
