Cannot add my custom application for testing in other Zoom account

Hi,

we create a Zoom app for development in our main account, and now want to test this app in another account.

When we want to consent our app in the 2nd account we get "Application not found".

Do we need to publish the app first in the marketplace before we can do testing?

Or is there a different way to allow the app in 2nd account?
