Has anyone successfully connected PayPal Sandbox to Zoom Events for testing?

Hi Zoom Community,
I'm trying to set up a PayPal Sandbox account for testing paid tickets in Zoom Events (not production). I've followed the general PayPal linking guide in Zoom Events settings, but I'm running into issues. I was able to create a sandbox account in paypal.
The sandbox also auto-creates a personal and business account. But trying to connect the business account to zoom events portal always gives me an error (as shown in the image attached)

Has anyone successfully connected a PayPal Sandbox (not live) account to their Zoom Events hub? If so, What steps did you follow?
Thanks for any insights

    Hey, @azubin.

I haven’t done this with Zoom Events, but in developing a custom registration system for Zoom Events, I had issues getting PayPal to cooperate.  Fortunately, Stripe worked quite easily.  I know it’s been a while since you posted this, but if you have the opportunity to move to Stripe, I think you’ll find it easier to work with.

    hi @azubin ,

Yes, I was also thinking about his when I connected a new hub.
Zoom has not setup to allow this. i.e. they have not given the option for live and test

However, if you make a sandbox account and gave that information to zoom, i think it would work.

The error you have shown has nothing to do with setting up paypal.
I have added trying this on my todo list for saturday.

    all the best
