Not able to Validate the domain while Submit for review

Hello,

I’ve already created a file at  [Web Link](https://net-vest.com/zoomverify/verifyzoom.html) and tried to submit it. It doesn’t seem to work. I can clearly see the file is there. You can click it as well. Zoom submission requirements asked for this:

Your domain address
Download verifyzoom.html containing a verification code
Create a folder Zoomverify under root and make it viewable
Upload the file to your domain and put it in the folder Zoomverify
Confirm your upload by visiting your domain
Make sure all webhook and call-back URLs that you have entered in the marketplace belong to the same domain
I added net-vest.com as the domain but it keeps giving me this error: can not access the HTML file, please be sure the file is uploaded correctly and retry. Can you please look into this and help me? Thanks!
