Unable to Enable AI Companion Features

I have a Zoom One Pro account with me being the only user. I tried to enable the features under Settings > AI Companion. They are all greyed out. It says, "Locked by Admin". Why can't I turn them on as I'm the account owner?

I found out what had happened. I went to the incorrect section of My Account. I went to Account Management > Account Settings > AI Companion, and I could enable the AI Companion features.

That worked for me as well. Thank you! How weird that they have the same exact sections twice. Very confusing.
