Unable to Enable AI Companion Features

I have a Zoom One Pro account with me being the only user. I tried to enable the features under Settings > AI Companion. They are all greyed out. It says, "Locked by Admin". Why can't I turn them on as I'm the account owner? Thanks,Ed
