I am the owner of a Pro Account and have no admins registered. However, when I try to enable AI Companion for meetings, it gives me a "Blocked by Admin" message and I am not allowed to switch functionality. How is it that I am the owner and I am still not allowed to enable functionality? Thanks.

Can you describe where exactly you're trying to enable AI Companion?

Several Zoom features are dependent on other enablements within the Zoom Admin Portal and Zoom's verbiage is not always accurate. Let's make sure you've got all the right options ticked before troubleshooting further.
