I activated AI Companion in my account settings and turned it on at the beginning of a meeting, but received nothing and no summary is showing up in the meeting logs. It is a recurring meeting. It generated a summary for the first meeting. Does it not work for recurring meetings? If not, what else might be happening? I'm totally confused, Zoom information is terrible about their AI Companion and their Help agent even worse. I appreciate any advise.

I have the same issue. Is it because of too much data saved in previous recordings? I am over 100%.

Another thought came to mind - we have a Zoom Pro account. I log in, using the shared email associated with the license on the account. It worked for my colleague and it looks like her email is the second license of two we have. Do I have to have a license with my personal email in order to do generate a recording?

I just upgraded to the Pro Plan specifically to take advantage of the AI Companion for whiteboards usage as an educator, and it isn't working 😕

I assume you are looking for the Content Generation with AI Companion for Whiteboard, right?
The feature needs to be activated (by the administrator of the account).
Can you try the steps in this article, and see whether they work for you?
