All my customers in China cannot join in meeting Room with Error 13215
They use Mobile App
but my customers from other countries work fine with Zoom. and can join in my meeting
slove it ASAP or refund
Zoom must reply your customers, I believe Zoom have a high respect company

your suggestion is
the host will need to upgrade to a paid account
the person experiencing the error code will need to sign into a paid Zoom account and then join the meeting.
I am using " a paid account" which is Zoom Pro , so I should be okay under your suggestion.
However, my clients cannot join in my meeting while I host meeting with "paid account"
