Passcodes enabled everywhere, but waiting rooms appear in Calendly/Outlook generated Zoom meetings

I have enabled pass codes in the master account and individual host account and personal meeting room settings.   Any new meeting I create has only a pass code.  Meeting created via integration with Calendly or Outlooks default to a waiting room.  I can edit the setting manually, but this is a pain.   How can waiting rooms be banished and pass codes used for ALL meetings.   Thanks

I have a similar problem.  Since your question has been waiting for a year, I assume I will not get a helpful response in a timely manner either.
