erroneous billing

My credit card has  been charged for the present month without my consent or knowledge. 

I had already notified zoom via zoom's automated cancellation procedure. 

I am rightfully pissed right off at you as you are literally stealing food from my child's mouth by your actions.

 

Will this matter be resolved speedily and fairly or will I use social media to tell the world my zoom woes?
