changing log in email address

I have problem to sign in to my zoom account with my email because I can't access my email anymore.

I try to submit a ticket but AI agent ask me to log in. How can I log in if verification code sand to my email that I can't access.

I try to talk to agent, and the result is I can't talk to agent.

Today is 3rd day, I failed to give lecture to my student because I can use my zoom account.

This AI agent and the link that given don't solve my problems.

Please, I need help. All I need is just to change the email that I can't access to my new email.

I need to talk to person agent not AI agent or talk via email.

If you no longer have access to your original email address to verify the change, you can submit a request to Zoom Support. When submitting a request, enter the following information:

  • Please select your request type: Ensure that Billing & Account Management is selected
  • Your email address: Enter your new email address that you can be contacted at
  • Subject
  • Description
  • Request Type: Select Account Management
  • About: Select Unable to access email
  • Complete any optional fields that will assist with your request
