Five days ago, January 8, a new subscription was charged, and I didn't know that, and I don't want the subscription to start.
Already, the payment has not been made due to a card number error, but the claims granted to me are continuing. I don't want to use the zoom pro during the period 2024.1.8 to 2025, so I want to cancel the claim and cancel the plan.
