Zoom Phone Plan Purchased But No Next Step

Hi,

 

I have purchased the U.S & Canada unlimited upgrade for my zoom phone. The payment was collected last Thursday but somehow it still says "You have a pending subscription request and Zoom is collecting Payment. Once received, you will be notified by email" on my 'Zoom Phone' page and I have received no email or any update. How long does it normally take for Zoom to process these payments? I've selected the ACH option to pay for it. Does this affect anything? Is there anyway to cancel this purchase and make the same purchase with another payment method? Thanks!

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They may need to access your account to determine the issue.
