On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I can't use my Zoom phone. I subscribed to a plan, but when I try to use it, it suddenly says, "account inactive, contact admin." I've contacted support multiple times, but they just keep creating tickets and sending them to backend support. It doesn’t help because they keep closing the tickets, claiming I violated the terms and conditions without explaining what I did wrong.

This has happened to me twice now. I had the same issue with my previous account, and support never resolved it. Since I needed a phone number, I created a new account and purchased a new plan, only to face the same problem again. Your terms are extremely frustrating, you’re not helping your customers. Instead, you’re robbing them by repeatedly causing the same issue without offering a proper solution.
