Zoom Phone (Pending Cancellation)

Hi 👋,

 

I currently have a Zoom One Pro account and a Zoom Phone Plan.

I cancelled the Zoom Phone today. It was way too complicated to get set up, and no support was available for weeks to talk about it. The status on the Zoom Phone is sat on "Pending Cancellation" status.

 

Usually I would just sit and wait for this to be done, but I received an invite to join an Enterprise Account. It won't allow me to join and gives me the following error when I try...Unable to consolidate your account with [-----] because your account is a Zoom Phone account.

How can I fix the pending cancellation so I can accept the invite.
