canceling zoom phone and pro plan

How in the ever living heck do yo cancel zoom phone and zoom pro?  Chat and telephone says I will receive an email.  I did recieve an email and have responded back to it serveral times and nothing but crickets from zooms side.

there is an edit current plan but it does not allow for me to enter a 0 nor cancel.  and when I click cancel plan i get:  In order to make changes to this plan please contact us

contact us /h brings me to a form submition page. That I have completed over two months ago and then again 5 days ago.

 I would call our billing specialists at 

  • United States: +1.888.799.9666 ext 3 and see if they can assist you. It appears that you may have a plan that has to be cancelled over the phone for whatever reason. This is the best advice that I can give you so that you do not get billed again tomorrow when your subscription renews.

Last time I called they said it had to be cancelled via email.  Are you an employee of zoom?

after 17 mintues on the phone I get told this will be handled by an email??????
