I cancelled my annual Zoom One Pro subscription on 5 Jan. 2024.
But, it is still in the cancellation pending status on 9 Jan. 2024.
My subscription was effective until 4 Jan. 2024.
I plan to use my university account that my university already assigned with Zoom company.
But, my account cannot be combined because my subscription is pending.
I want to complete my subscription cancellation.
Could anyone let me know how I can do it?
