Why is there no premium support?

Hi,

I am a premium user and I am wondering why there is no premium support. There is no phone number for german (or at least european) support wheter a chat (international) support except a bot. Does anyone have informations about that? I think its not that professional to only find solutions through a community ask forum.

To contact Technical or Billing Support on the phone, you must be a Licensed owner or administrator of a Business, Enterprise, or Educational account, or a Licensed member on an account with a Premier or Premier+ support plan.

Zoom doesn’t necessarily use the term Premium for users. You must be an Admin or the Owner on a Business account or higher, or on a Pro account with active Subscription plans greater than $200 USD/month. See the charts on the page referenced above. 

 

Scroll down to the Phone header and select Germany from the drop down menu:

That will show you the numbers and the following information:
