On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I am hoping someone here can help as I am tearing my hair out and getting no answer form support.
I have paid for a pro licence, and through a discussion last week I know that a licence is allocated to me.
Meetings keep shutting down after 40 mins and I can't reset/restart and am being told to upgrade to Pro.
I have raised a ticket but it took 24 hours just to get an acknowledgment and it is so embarrassing to be in the middle of a client meeting.
Is there anything I can look for, set up, check?
I can't trust Zoom at the moment so have no idea wh

Thanks for your reply, finally resolved this - an old free account was blocking the new paid account. I had to delete all instances of Zoom off my laptop, delete the old free account and get it removed by Zoom support.
Once I reinstalled Zoom and logged in with the new account the licence worked and meetings didn't cut out.
