We cannot pay by credit card for your product (Zoom One Pro Annual) and want to switch to payment by invoice by bank transfer. With an annual subscription.

I found your open ticket number 17515060 and have communicated with your account executive, Serpil. Your next invoice isn't until September 19 so you have time to get this sorted still. Please don't open more tickets as that will only create confusion and might further delay responses.
I wonder if SEPA might be available to you as a payment option since your country is on the EPC list of Countries in the SEPA Schemes’ Geographical Scope.
Using SEPA Direct Debit as a Zoom payment method
You are unable to see this option or update your payment method online currently because you are on Net 30 terms. Switching to Due-Upon-Receipt must be accomplished through a new quote with your account executive. This will require a credit card to be on file, but nothing would be immediately charged to the card. After the new quote is provisioned, you will have the option to edit your payment method online to see if SEPA shows as an option for you.
I communicated all of this information with your account executive.
