Auto renew invoice had unsubscribed products add-ed in...how to resolve

I just had my subscription auto-renew...and Zoom added products to the invoice I never subscribed to, goosing up the total invoice.  To me, this is unfair trade practices and poor customer relations.  I plan to take this to right place inside Zoom or a state AG to remedy.   However, I am raising awareness for everyone to review invoices when they occur and not blindly trust the invoice is correct and allow the payment to go forward.
