My previous ZOOM pro subscription expired and I had some outstanding Bill and even after payment of all outstanding invoices the Zoom pro version is not active.

You may need to assign your (newly renewed?) license to your user account. See this web page for assistance:

Follow these steps taken from the article:
The license is now applied to your user account and you can use it immediately.
If this does not fix your issue, please submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.

Facing the same problem in Jan 2024! Created a new account and purchased a pro plan personal. Received e-mail on payment receipt. But my plan stats is still basic. I have made annual payment close to 170 USD! please help find a resolution.
