Unable to unsubscribe

I was in Canada. I am currently in Peru for almost 3 years. I no longer use the Zoom account and tried to unsuscribe. It´s been two years and I can´t pay anymore where I am not using the account. How shall I do¡? I do not seem to find the option to do it on my own. Thanks. I don´t remember subscribing to it automatically. If so, we can´t be forced to keep a subscription that we cannot pay. It  has renewed automatically WITHOUT making me confirm whether I need it or not.  Please help. Thanks.
