Two Step Verification

Hello - we use the Basic Plan and have people joining us from out of the office on calls -

We have the two step verification turned off but it still ask everyone who joins to give the two step verification code - is there a way to not have this happen?  or is this a built in security that we cannot avoid?

Thank you so much in advance!

Please send me your thoughts - thank you!

"Hi there! It sounds like you’re encountering an issue where two-step verification is still being enforced despite it being turned off. This might be a built-in security feature that can't be disabled, but it's worth double-checking your settings or contacting support for clarification. They should be able to provide a definitive answer or help resolve this issue. Good luck!"
