On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Can anyone assist me on my concern?
In April 2, 2024, I've sent an email to teamzoom@zoom.us informing the team that our account was charged automatically although we were not requesting it.  What we did is we canceled the subscription.   We renewed our subscription on July 16, 2024, and paid the required amount. However, 1the following concerns still needs to be addressed: 
1. a notification pops up, informing us of the outstanding balance of $15.  Upon checking the billing and payment history, no billing amounting to @$15 included in the list.
2. There is   3.87 dollar credited on our account dated April 20, 2024. 
3.  We can't go live in FB page using zoom  due to "PERMISSION ERROR". 
 
With this, we would like to ask for your team's assistance as soon as possible. We'll  be using the zoom's FB live on July 18, 2024.
