I received a "Your Bill is Past Due" from the following email:-

Can someone confirm if this is a registered email for zoom or is this SPAM ? I looked into my INvoice history and there is nothing pending.

I would appreciate any info that can be provided.

The best practice is to never click on links in unsolicited emails. Go directly to the website and log into your account from there. 

 

Notes:

  • Account-related notifications will come from no-reply (domain: zoom.us).
  • Support ticket emails will come from support (domain: zoomus.zendesk.com).

we cant see the email you posted in your message...

 

For such requests it is important that you check the header information form the senders E-Mail.

These details shows from who you received the message and if it is a official zoom address.

The email I relied the invoice from was..

i am on a Basic Free Plan but am receiving constant email regarding an invoice that is overdue. When i go into my profile under Account Management - there are no past invoices nor any overdue invoices so I have no idea what is going on. And actually no way to resolve the issue as the only access I have is to chatbots!

If you can help I would appreciate it.

So if you login into your account and everything is looking good you do not have to worries about anything and my guess is that this email has not been sent by zoom.
