Renewing subscription

Hi, I moved to Kazakhstan and forgot to change my billing address. I paid with my Kazakhstan card but still was charged with taxes. Also I have a coupon of 30% discount in my account, and I thought it would be automatically applied to my subscription. However, today I was charged with 180$ instead of a 100$ (minus taxes and a discount). I didn't expect it, is it possible to change it?
