Payment not accepted and sends error

Hi! I am trying to pay as there is a warning every time I start a meeting and when I try to pay it just appears as they cannot do it at the moment , as an error occurring . I ´ve already given an alternative credit card number as support for the payment and it´s not happening! since yesterday.
