Payment done without my consent

Hi, I didn't wanted to renew and Zoom team have processed my payment without my consent at all! I have been more than half an hour trying to find a contact email and seems IMPOSSIBLE. 
Please help here. Where do I have to write to get the money back?

i wish I had read these complaints about Zoom before I paid for an annual subscription. I just now went to the Better Business Bureau and there are many complaints against Zoom, all of them unanswered. I would dispute the charge immediately with your credit card company.
