Zoom app life time license payment to be confirmed

I am facing issue while installing the new app it always ask put the payment method for subscription even if i am trying to install free app from app store what is the issue i need urgent assistance

i have requested with apple support team they are saying you have pending payment with zoom, 99 AED for life time license , you have to pay first and then you can use app store, can you please ask your customer service representative to contact me so i can explain everything in detail

I see there has been no response to your Community post. If you haven't already done so, please contact Zoom Billing directly. They can check to see if you have a payment pending with us as Apple claimed.
