I've already completed my payment for the subscription. But my account shows a basic plan yet.

@manish22  - be sure you have a license assigned to yourself as a user on the account. If you still need help, please submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.

@grameenk Your account is currently showing Pro. You should have access to paid features of your subscription.

 

Also, I recommend deleting the screenshot/attachment from your post as it contains personal identifiable information. Looking out for your privacy. 🙂
