and it happens again, ZOOM cut my subscription life span even before my last payment

Dear community,

I paid to zoom one at 29 July for one month, I canceled it because I only need it until 29 August,

by today 18 Aug 23, ZOOM already put my account into basic ..

 

suppose my subscription is until 29 august 23 right? 

 

I don't know how to report this error... 

is this because of a different subscription with Zoom whiteboard? 

and I cannot email ZOOM support either..

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
